Jessie Guinn

Director of STEM Outreach & Diversity

Jessie Guinn is a higher education professional who directs the Office of STEM Outreach & Diversity in the College of Arts & Sciences at Boston University. His background is in biology/physiology and he has a passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion at the operational, program, and curriculum levels of outreach initiatives.

Ally Swank

Ally Swank is the Program Manager of GROW and a Ph.D. student advised by Dr. Sarah Davies in the Biology Department at Boston University. They are passionate about cultivating excitement in future generations of STEM professionals in a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment.

Akshat Gurbuxani

Program Assistant

Akshat Gurbuxani is a master’s student specializing in AI. He currently assists the STEM Outreach and Diversity programs. He has a background as a full-stack developer and conducts research in AI and ML. Akshat is passionate about teaching and inspiring the next generation of young students in the field of technology.
